Materia MV3

The MV3 project was born from a clients’ request to create a home that would convey a contemporary welcome while still representing their personality. The goal was to avoid excessive minimalist design, opting for careful and measured decoration, particularly in the living room area. The centerpiece of this house is the large living room, a 60-square-meter area that benefits from abundant natural light, thanks to the four large French doors that open onto a green terrace-a natural element that offers a feeling of cosiness, as if one were in a dimension separate from the hustle and bustle of the city. The custom-designed paneling has an undulating pattern that lends softness and solidity, highlighting the attention to detail that is only revealed at a close look. Our research molded a harmony of textures and volumes, creating spaces designed to meet the needs of those who live them.

In addition to the living room, the main floor houses a bar area, a guest bathroom and a study area with a covered loggia, ideal for working out. The master suite is spacious and refine, it has a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom made with fine materials. Ascending the resin staircase, kitchen and dining room are found, which feature floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking another large 116-square-meter terrace; the interior wall, clad in heat-treated oak, creates continuity with the lower level.
